Reservation for a Bungalows, Glamping safari tents, Tents or Caravan pitches can be booked via telephone, e-mail, fax or directly at on-line booking. Our offer will be based on available capacities, upon your request and sent as soon as possible.
At on-line booking system guest’s credit card information has to be submitted or a prepayment via bank transfer is required.
The valid card is required as a guarantee for the bungalow reservation and guest’s card will be charged for the amount of the reservation fee. We require reservation fees for bungalow that are nonrefundable.
For the reservation of bungalow 100.00 euro per each bungalow via bank transfer is required. Send a copy of the deposit as proof, not later than the date given in the offer; or You can send the credit card data. If the prepayment is not deposited until the given date, or if the credit card data has not been received, the reservation will be consider invalid.
In case of a reservation via on-line booking the reservation can be changed or cancelled according to the rules of a cancellation reservation. If the booking was made via direct correspondence, then the booking department has to be informed about all changes or cancellations.
The booking department is then obliged to notify the acceptance of a change or a cancellation in written form. Reservation fee for pitches is nonrefundable. If the guest cancels the reservation a full 7 days before the start of the reservation local time (which is stated in the confirmation e-mail), it is mandatory to pay 50% of the total amount of the booked cost of the stay.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave the accommodation earlier than reserved, it is mandatory to pay the total amount of the booked cost of staying in the accommodation according to the valid price list
